Trigger changing state via variable counting

Does the variable change on the same slide as that trigger? If not, then the trigger won't execute, because the trigger won't "see" the variable change.
The "when" part of the trigger needs to occur on the same slide as the trigger.
- For example, if the user is returning to the slide, you could change the button to Normal when the timeline starts (with the same condition about the value of the variable).
