Any trigger attached to to an object can't run if that object is in the Disabled state. Thus, if your "Picture 4" is Disabled, it won't jump to another slide when clicked, even if the trigger condition is met.
Based on the limited info provided, I'd say that you need to do this:
- Add a trigger that changes "Picture 4" to Normal when the state of "Picture 3" = Visited.
- You could also delete the condition from the "Jump to slide" trigger shown in the trigger.png. That wouldn't be needed, since "Picture 4" won't be clickable (that is, Normal) until "Picture 3" = Visited.
If that doesn't solve the problem, I suggest you upload a copy of the .story file, since that would make it much easier for someone to troubleshoot. Best practices:
- Include only the slides that are involved in the issue.
- Be sure to give objects meaningful names.
- As needed, replace proprietary content with generic text.
