Hi Nedim! Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I can't share it because it's job-related. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's very frustrating. I have deleted the buttons and added them again, but I am still experiencing the same behavior.

It's ok. I suggest to submit a support case to Articulate here
