Trouble uploading video to Rise

Hello. I am having trouble uploading a video, too. It always ends up as error. Hope you can help me. I have to finish the content creation to meet the deadline. Thanks!

Hello, Ayra! If you can privately share the video with us by clicking here, we'll get you some fast help!

If not, I would try these steps:

  • make sure the video is no bigger than 5 GB
  • try deleting and adding a new video block
  • try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to add the video

    Hi Crystal, the thing is I can't even attach the video to submit a case. It just gives me the same error. :( The file is just 34.7 mb, though. I already tried the steps you suggested but to no avail.

      Hi Ayra, sorry to hear you're still having trouble uploading your video. It may be a network issue if you're still unable to upload your file using the link that Crystal provided.  Please follow the steps in this article and let us know if it helps!
