Trouble uploading video to Rise

Hello, I am having trouble uploading video too....It says its uploading, but the video does not appear. The files are 1-3 GB - so they are not too big. thanks for your reply...

    Hi Manja,

    Does the issue happen to other videos as well? I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome.
    2. Make sure the browser is fully updated.
    3. Clear the browser's cache.
    4. Restart the computer.
