Trouble uploading video to Rise

Hi

I am having the same issue with uploading a video. 

Now and a few weeks ago. Different videos and courses, the only way I found around it was to come back several days later, which was a success, but not an ideal solution.

  • I have logged out of Rise and my system with no success. 
  • The video seemingly uploads to the full circle, then just hangs there not completing
  • The video is a 4 min long mp4 from Vyond
