Trouble uploading video to Rise

I have been working on creating courses in Rise. For two weeks, everything was going fine. This week, however, videos won't upload. No matter what computer or internet I try, videos won't ...
I am facing the same issue, I uploaded a video on the last slide, it got uploaded however now I try to upload the same video on the first slide, I get error :-
Something went wrong.
Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.
PS : Video is just of 6MB

Sorry to hear you're having issues uploading videos to your Rise lesson!
Can you confirm you are using a supported browser that's updated to the latest version? Also, does this behavior occur with all video files or just one specifically? If you're comfortable sharing the file that's giving you trouble, it would be helpful to have a closer look and test it on our end.
