TRUE OR FALSE SCORE
I want to create two slides with 5 questions each of true and false, and then also have a results slide after you submit the answers to both of them with the complete score, but I don't seem to find...

The order of triggers is important here. Since you're telling Storyline to show the layers first, before you calculate the percentage variable, it doesn't know the value of that variable yet.
You can move the "Mostrar capa Aprobado" and "Mostrar capa Suspendido" triggers below the calculation by using the arrows:
