True/False variable & changing states

Hi Amanda:

Could it be you have the variable being changed back to False from another trigger?

If it is not being reset, then see if resetting your slide to initial state helps.

No - I put the reference on more than one slide to see if that was the case, but it isn't. It's remaining set to true. I will try resetting my slide to initial state, though.

I see this is an old thread, but it looks like @Amanda never got her answer?  I am having the same issue.  Also with a checkmark not showing up. Also have references showing "true" and also have used this in a different course where it worked.  I am not sure resetting to initial state means or if that worked?

Hi All - I'm new to Articulate 360 and to this forum, but this is the exact problem I'm having. I followed the tutorial exactly on setting my true/false variables up and then set up a check mark to appear when the variable is true. I've verified that the variable is working correctly with a reference inserted and that's all working well. I've tried to create a new state of the module title with a check mark added after it and I've tried to just add a check mark as a separate triggered item like Amanda did in this thread. I've not been able to get either one to work. I've tried Wendy's suggestion above and that didn't make a difference.

Any suggestions?
