I took a look at your project and saw that you have the following triggers set up: 

Note that conditions in a trigger have to be valid for them to work. The conditions you have setup for your triggers in the screenshot above contain what looks like a description of how you would like the triggers to behave, but simply typing in manually your expected behavior won't translate to the trigger behaving that way. You can check out the following articles to know more about how to use trigger conditions:

And I've attached a sample project file from a community post that I found which contains an example of a course that accepts a password from a learner.
