In Form view of the question you can tell Storyline what the acceptable answers are: 3600, $3600, 3,600 $3,600. You don't need to add conditions to your Submit button either - you just need to Submit the interaction, and then because your attempts are set at "2", Storyline will automatically show the Try again layer the first time they get it wrong, then the Incorrect layer the second time they get it wrong.
