As I mentioned to Sarah earlier, have you tried a quick close of the Articulate 360 app and then logging back in? That has helped folks in another community discussion.

Have you tried closing out of the Articulate 360 app and then logging back in? Some folks in another discussion have found success with a quick log out and log back in of the app.

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.
I'd like to share that the issues with text-to-speech and missing apps are related to the bug we identified and resolved yesterday regarding the Articulate 360 desktop app. If you still have issues, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app.

Hi SarahSeverson-e ! I resolved the issue by exiting Storyline and the Articulate desktop app and logging back in. I suggest you give it a try.
