Unable to Copy Rise Course

I am currently using the Articulate free trial. A friend tried to copy a Rise course and send to me, but received an error message saying ‘need to ensure user has a valid subscription’.

Hi Davi,
If you enter the email address of someone that has a current Articulate 360 subscription it should work.
