Best way to create a copy of a course to update content

Hello,

Could you please advise me on the best way to copy an existing course in Rise, so that this version is kept safe, and I can work on updates to the copy?

I need to keep an old copy for reference, but make changes to the new version. The new version will be exported as SCORM and imported to our LMS, to replace the old version. I want to keep the SCORM formatting etc as much as possible, to limit any issues with our LMS.
