Unable to download characters within Storyline 360
Hi, I am taking part in the Articulate training using Storyline 360. It commenced Mon 28 May. As part of the training we were to download characters however I was not able to download any characters...

If you're having trouble downloading content from Content Library 360, please ask your network admin to whitelist all of the endpoints listed in this article to see if this helps.
