Unable to download characters within Storyline 360
Hi, I am taking part in the Articulate training using Storyline 360. It commenced Mon 28 May. As part of the training we were to download characters however I was not able to download any characters...

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with downloading characters from the Content Library. Have you and your team had a chance to look at the network endpoints listed here? Another step you can try is to repair Storyline.
