Unable to duplicate a course.

I have a Rise course in French language. I want to translate it to other languages for which, I need to create duplicates of the course. Unfortunately, Rise is giving me error while duplicating it. 

The error says: "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists."
