Unable to install Storyline 360
Was in touch with the Support team. They asked for the Diagnostic Logs and found that the system was unable to reach Microsoft website to install .NET Framework which. Installed it separately and then was able to install Storyline.

Note to Articulate staff: this should be on the radar of your developers.
It's a pet peeve, because when I was in the software biz, I used to
- Configure the installers
- Test the software
- Write the error messages
(It was a small company.)
The installer should absolutely trap that error and give an intelligible message. Gaurav should have had to contact support to learn what the actual problem was.
