Unable to install Storyline

Hello Sarah,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble installing Storyline. Are you also getting the same error code, 8000704EC?
This error code may indicate that you have insufficient privileges to install apps in your computer. Can you confirm if you have admin privileges on your computer? If not, I suggest reaching out to your IT admin to grant you admin privileges and security permissions to install apps. You can also ask them to install the apps for you.
If the error persists and you've already checked out the steps Lauren shared above, I recommend uninstalling your Articulate 360 Desktop app and installing the latest version from this link.
