Unable to publish Articulate 360 project to Review 360 when I add a video to any slide (MP3 720).

When I publish a course (not all courses just this one) and add a video to it the file says uploading (see above) but never ends. If I remove any video (tried many and different formats) it can then publish.

Since it can publish without video it is not a firewall issue.

Since I tried different videos it is not a problem with the video itself.

 

Anything else to try?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues publishing your file to Review 360. I’ve created a support ticket for you so one of our Customer Engineers can take a closer look at what’s happening.
