Unable to save changes to AI closed captions

I've uploaded videos to my Rise course, and while the AI is generating closed captions, any edits I make to the script are unable to be saved.  The "close" and "save" buttons are not showing up.  If I close the window using the "x", I get the "cancel" and "close without saving" options.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

    I understand that you're unable to view the Save and Close buttons when generating changes to the AI Closed Captions for your video. Gosh, that's frustrating! I wasn't able to experience this on my end, so I'm happy to learn more!

    • Are you working on the latest version of our supported browsers? 
    • Is this happening with any other videos into your course, or just this one? 
    • If you insert your video into a brand new Rise 360 course, do you see the Save and Close buttons? 

     

    If this seems to be happing in more than one course with no changes, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a copy of your course and video file in a support case to continue troubleshooting.
