Unable to save the project

Everytime I try to save the project, it generates error that the process can not access the file as it is being used by another process. When I try to save as or overwrite, it shows error 'the project file can not be saved. Object disposed'

I tried to clean temp files, that did not help. reinstalling storyline also did not work.

    Thank you for opening a support case with our engineers. I see you're working with my teammate Mick, who e-mailed you a few suggestions to troubleshoot:

    • Save the file using Save As in case another background application is still using the file. 
    • Restart the computer to clear up any background processes.
    • It's also recommended that you work from a local hard drive when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline files.
