Unable to Sign-In

Hello,

I am unable to sign-in to the Articulate360 desktop apps. When I attempt to, I am met with the following: 

"Couldn't Open Port

Unable to open a port for authentication responses."

See attached screenshot.

I have contacted my company's IT department, but wanted to rule out whether there was an outage on Articulate's end.
