Undefined error whenever i touch a text field

Hello,

I need help with an undefined error message:
whenever I touch a text field/want to work with it, I get an error message. So I can't work with texts in Articulate Storyline and always have to click away this error message.
I have even reinstalled Storyline and started a new project.
The error message now appears up to 20 times in a row.
Has anyone had this before?
