Unknown User
Has anyone ever come across a published Articulate Rise file that shows as "unknown user"? We have recently had one individual with a license who is publishing some french modules and the author (even though we hide the name) always shows as "unknown user". We can't seem to find a setting to turn that off. We always hide the author when publsihing.

I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience.
- Is this issue happening to all courses created by your colleague? Or just to this course?
- Can you replicate the behavior in a new Rise 360 course?
I tried testing this in a new course with the author's name hidden, but this is how it appeared to me.
If your colleague is consistently seeing this issue, please have them open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of one of their courses for testing.

It's not happening with all courses - but the ones it is happening to is basically a copy of others. It's a microlearning template that was used and then once created, copied over to some others. So I've limited it to that. I also had another member of my team publish one of the modules and it resulted in the same issue. So I only have three guesses in my opinion.
- the template
- a setting in the original module that was copied
- something to do with the translated french content
In any case, I can see if he can create a ticket for it to move forward.
