Unload - Google Browser

Hi all, I have had a look online and can see some discussions about Chrome and Edge unload. I can see from the discussions that Storyline and Rise courses are not effected, is this still the case...

Hello JillLugg-,

I’m glad you asked about Chrome deprecating the unload event and its impact on your Articulate content.

The short answer is that it won’t impact your Articulate content.

We built our authoring tools to avoid dependency on the unload event, ensuring that important course data is communicated and saved to the LMS immediately.

Thanx Jose.  Can i add a small version of this question. Has this always been the case with SL360?  Has it always used 'beforeunload' in tandem, as i have read?  Corporately, we are frozen at SL360 version 3.65 because we needed to retain published compatibility with IE11 ("IE Mode" in Edge).  Was your statement above still the case in this older version? Thanx!
