Unlock menu slides with restricted setting (disable next/ previous button) on the new fresh attempt of the module (SCORMP)

Hi, I have added a restricted setting with the next and previous buttons disabled in my SCORMS so I already know on a first attempt user will be able to go to the next slide once the seek bar is complete, also they can jump over the previously opened slides in this attempt.

Now, my question is after two days the user will again open this module (SCORMS) as a fresh attempt, is it possible to unlock the slides because the module status shows completed on a dashboard and in our records, but still I am checking as a user when a user again attempt the same module slides are still locked and they can't jump on the slides. Please help me as I want slides should be unlocked in a fresh attempt after the first complete attempt.
