Update Failed - Storyline 360
I have been trying to update Storyline 360, but it keeps failing. I contacted my IT department and they tried different things with elevated admin access, but the update fails each time we try. I am wondering if the new AI capabilities in Articulate are the issue. But even if that is not the issue - I can't figure out why the update fails. Any suggestions?
