Updating Old Training in Storyline 360 that contains swf (Flash) files

I have inherited a training in Storyline 360 that contains swf (Flash) files that I didn't realize were there.  I need to upload it to Cornerstone LMS that is being implemented and got error messages that it can't be loaded.  I don't want to rebuild the training from scratch.  Is there anything I can do to salvage this training?
