Updating video in Rise is taking forever, stuck on "Processing Video" for a very long time

I have been trying to update/add a video for the last 2 days in Rise, and it is always stuck in the "Processing video" state. I left the window open overnight, and it was still in the same ...
Hi, I see this was resolved four years ago and I am now having this issue. I tried cleaning the cache, deleting and reloading the video, republishing the video to a smaller file size. Nothing worked. Please advise.
Save your video file with the term "_NOPROCESS_" in the video name, e.g. "videonameNOPROCESS.mp4" and then reload it to your Rise project. It will load quickly
