Upload .mp4 in Review 360 - zip file corrupted

I uploaded an .mp4 file in Review 360 and when I uploaded the .zip file to my LMS, I received an error message: "Import Failed: CRC mismatch." I tried the upload process with a different .mp4 file and received the same error message. I had a co-worker try the process and she also received the error message.

It seems like Review 360 is not working properly for the .zip process. 

Our team has uploaded hundreds of videos to Review 360 and we have never received this error message. 

Did something change?
