Uploading a Video
Im new to Rise - in fact still in my trial period....Im trying to upload a video 40MG.....and its just spinning on processing video.
This is very frustrating! Is this normal?? Im now a bit undecid...
Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Tim. We've identified an outage with one of our service providers that is causing intermittent errors when uploading content, like video files.
