Uploading mp3 files to my course
I've been trying to upload mp3 file for an audio read of the content on my course. It uploaded fine, but has ben stuck on "Processing audio" ?. I have been uploading files to several courses without any issues and then this morning I am having this problem. I have tried loading into other courses and have also has a course collaborator try it on their end with the same results
There is currently a partial service outage that may be impacting Rise.
Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Jerry. As Karl mentioned, we've identified an outage with one of our service providers that is causing intermittent errors when uploading content, like audio files.
