Uploading Video Error - Please help

Hello I am getting an error message when I try to upload videos in rise 360. I installed all updates. Please help.

Does this happen with any video file, or one video file in particular?
What web browser are you using? Do you notice an improvement if you switch to a different browser?
Would you be willing to share the video file with our team so we can test it from our side?
