Sorry to hear you've run into trouble when uploading videos to Rise 360!
Testing this on my end, I uploaded a 30-second MP4 video to a Multimedia Block (Google Chrome version 123.0.6312.107), on a Mac without issues. Everything was working as expected! To clarify, does this issue occur regardless of the video file or web browser being used? If so, please check with your IT team to confirm all Articulate domains have been added to your organization's 'allowlist'.
