Thanks Ren! Yes, the boldface portion that you quoted is the central idea of what I was trying to say. I went ahead and submitted a case and uploaded the MP4 file I've been using.
In the meantime, I've been using this workaround: After exporting the zip from Review 360, I will open it up, replace the packaged MP4 with the original MP4, and rename it to the title of the packaged version. Finally, I'll re-zip it. This method works well in our LMS for the time being.
