URGENT HELP NEEDED: Record Screen feature is not working

HELP!  I've used SL for years and never had this problem.  

  • We are trying to record a system in SL 360 and it is not working.
  • I've included a sample as an attachment so you can see what is happening

Breakdown:

  • Hit record screen button
  • Select screen
  • Get the 3-2-1 countdown (using all default settings)
  • Record, click, etc. and then hit escape
  • When the project is initializing and "loading" back to articulate, the recording is skewed and does not load.

What I Tried:

  • Multiple users having this issue.
  • Tried different platforms to record (Spotify, etc.) to make sure it wasn't the program we are trying to record.

Any suggestions?  We have lost 2 days on the deadline thus far and I'm stumped.

    My work around was to add a dummy opener with a trigger and a play button.  Once they clicked the play button, it launched.  Nothing else seemed to fix it.
