Urgent request for help: Test out option not working in LMS
I have built a course that has a 5 question "test out" option that if the user gets 100%, they are directed past the course content (and subsequent final quiz). If they do not get 100%, they must take the course and the quiz. The course works as designed when previewing and in Review360 but when I import it into our LMS, I run into problems. The people who pass the first test have no issue with registering the course as complete in the LMS. Those who have to take the full course, thus completing both quizzes, do not get credit in the LMS for having completed the course.
Can anyone help me out here?
Storyline allows you to track with either a "passed" Pre-Check or a Final Assessment.
- On each Results slide, indicate whether the quiz is the Pre-Check or the Final Assessment.
- When publishing the course, indicate that both the Pre-Check and the Final Assessment should be used for tracking.
With those settings, Storyline will complete the course if the user passes the Pre-Check. If they don't pass that, Storyline will complete the course based on the Final Assessment. (FYI: If there is more than one Final Assessment, the course will complete based on the first Final Assessment that the user completes.)
