I submitted a ticket regarding this discussion. I even included a link to this discussion and pointed out that the issue dates back over a year ago. Here is the response I got from Articulate: 'Thanks for contacting Articulate Support! Thanks so much for letting us know about this issue. I’ve logged it as a possible software bug. From here, I’ll meet with my team to take a closer look so we can determine next steps.' Clearly unacceptable Articulate!

Update: We were able to fix this on our end (the LMS) by replacing the learner response and correct response pattern fields as follows: URN:scormdriver translated to empty string %20 translated to space [,] translated to space + space Now all of our Rise quiz reports are cleaned up.

Hi Diana, Thanks for reaching out! Did you recently switch to SCORM 2004? If so, this may be expected behavior that has been around for a few years. In SCORM 2004 only, the identifiers will be turned into percent-encoded URNs. You can read more about that here: SCORM Driver Updated To Version 6.0 If this isn't what you're referring to, feel free to connect with a support engineer, and they can take a closer look at your reportings.

Hi There, I'm having the same issue and i can say we've always used SCORM 2004 and never had this problem until the latest update currently running 3.40. We did a very deep troubleshooting and noticed this issue doesn't happen with versions before 3.38, which is where the problems start. We tested with 3.34 and 3.37 and all good. Do we need to roll back the two 3.40 versions we have?

Same issue here, on SumTotal LMS published as 2004 v3. Seems isolated to Rise.

  Have you had a chance to test the course in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to SumTotal LMS or not. Also, can the same behavior be observed by using SCORM 1.2 as the learning standard?

    Looks like this issue has been going on for years with no solution yet. I have Rise courses in our Cornerstone LMS as SCORM 2004 courses and when reporting on quiz responses I get the urn:scormdriver: at the beginning with other jargon in between words in the response fields. Is there a way to resolve this?

Still have not yet received a response regarding this issue. It is occurring in reporting in both Adobe Captivate Prime and our Cornerstone LMS. If this is a known issue for Rise, is there an update in the works to correct this issue? Please advise as to how to correct this, our compliance depends on this data.

Which version of Storyline 360 was used to publish your course?

Are you able to replicate the behavior when testing your course in a different LMS?

Does the behavior still happen if you use SCORM 1.2 as the learning standard?

  We have tested with scorm 1.2 which is not giving questions and answers in
  workday reporting however, when we use scorm 2004 4th edition we are able
  to get the question and answers but then answers or interaction responses
  are getting prefix of urn:scormdriver%answer.
  
  Please advise us what could be the effective way to get appropriate

Hi,

we are also facing the same issue with scorm 2004 package. In workday reporting output is defined as urn:scormdriver with static value.

Can someone please advise how to fix this issue.

Hi,

We are also encountering this bug when reporting from a Rise course exported to SCORM 2004 4th edition.

Both CHOICE and FILLIN type questions have this bug. both for given and correct answer.

Hi All,

I'm also running into this issue for a client. We recommend 2004, 3rd edition for our LMS and I have been doing some testing in our LMS and in SCORM Cloud. In both systems, I am receiving this urn:scormdriver error on all learner and correct responses in both systems. See reporting screenshots from our LMS and SCORM cloud.
