Video encoding during publish
A .story file with 4 mp4 videos. Usually, when I publish, the entire course publishes in about 30 seconds.
Occasionally, the publish dialog takes much longer and shows "encoding video ..." for ea...

Sorry to hear you're running into this publishing issue! You may be coming across a bug we have reported in Update 36 for Storyline 360 where publishing to video gets stuck under certain circumstances.
Can you try to revert back to an older version of Storyline 360 and see if you run into the same issue there? This will help us confirm if it's related.

Thank you so much Ren! It's a bit tricky for me to revert to an earlier version as the Articulate update link is not yet whitelisted - and I have to have IT do it for me. But now I know what to do when it it is - thanks again! :-) Also looking forward to a bug fix.
