In case anyone comes across this discussion with a similar issue, I wanted to pop into this discussion and share that we just released an option to manually upload Storyline 360 courses to Review 360 when publishing directly from Storyline 360! This will benefit authors in so many ways, but definitely, those who run into firewall snags where you might be blocked from publishing directly to Review 360, or maybe you are interested in customizing the published output first!
To get your hands on this new feature, make sure to update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
