Video not playing, shows green screen
I have a storyline file that has fifteen slides. Each slide includes a very short video. The first 10 or so slides/videos work fine. The last few do not play and only show a green rectangle in plac...
As a first troubleshooting step, I would temporarily move one of the "green videos' into one for the first 10 (working) slides and see if the video plays then. That would at least confirm that there is no problem with the encoding of the green videos.
