This discussion is also a bit older - so if you're still running into issues, I'd want to know a bit more about your set up:
- What version of Storyline are you using? What update are you on?
- Where are you hosting/testing your published output?
- What browsers and devices are you viewing the output on?
- What types of videos have you used, and how do they behave differently when viewed outside of Storyline?
It's also always helpful if you can share a sample .story file, or screenshots that help clarify the problem in addition to the above information. If you need anything else, let me know!
