Video not playing, shows green screen

I'm having this issue in 2021. I feel like the browser version may be playing a role in my situation as I was unable to re-create the create video screen when I tested this in all my browsers, however, I watched another user have the green screen for all videos on their system.. Not sure how to ensure all my users have their web browsers up-to-date....
