video not playing when published

I have 2 videos that play when in Storyline but not when published.  The videos don't sync well with the audio so I'm just using the audio.  I don't have software to extract the audio and save as an mp3 so I have the videos off the slide so you only hear the audio and they are set to play automatically, but they will only play if i click on the screen. It works when I test it in Storyline but not when I publish it.  Any ideas?

  • Are these videos on the first slide of your module?  If so, do they auto play if you move them to the second slide?

      They are on the second slide. I also tried putting them on the slide and just hiding them but that didn't work either.

      Its on slide 2. I was able to convert the video to audio only (mp4a/mp3) but it still doesn't work unless I click on the screen. I tried adjusting the triggers that start the video but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hard to say without seeing the project -  I am assuming you cannot share?

    Does it happen with other videos that you have?
