Video on navigating a course in Articulate
Anybody have a standard project already done that shows users how to navigate through an articulate course? I'm just at the initial stages of building my course but it would be great after the intro...
Hi Nav. I think this may be the post Judy mentioned.
The instruction animations in that example are stellar for quickly explaining how to interact with the course. But you'll notice in the comments that, similar to what Judy said, people wondered if the audience for the course needed that level of help.
Researching how tech-savvy the course audience is can help you know if navigation instructions are necessary for the course. And I'm with Judy in thinking tucking that navigation help into a player tab can be a nice way to keep the course streamlined but still make sure the people who need help have it in an easy-to-find place.
