Video playback inconsistent in Geniussis LMS
Hello,
I work on a government computer and have developed a course that has video narration; the course previews fine but when I publish to LMS - Geniussis there is a lag in the interactive elements. I am using the modern player due to the "streaming videos" that are incorporated - videos are less than 50 mb each. Could the naming conventions really impact the ability to play the content? The videos are named as followed: Slide 1.7

If the course works in preview mode, the issue might be specific to your LMS. To confirm if the incident is isolated, you can try the following:
- Publish your course to Review 360 and see if you notice any lag there
- Test your course in another LMS like SCORM Cloud
If your course works fine in Review 360 and SCORM Cloud, please work with your LMS support team to see why uploading your content to their environment introduces lag. If you can replicate the behavior regardless of the hosting platform, please open a case with our support team here so we can troubleshoot what's happening.
