Hello Thomas,
Happy to help!Rise 360 by default converts all uploaded video to MP4 format. If you'd like to keep the original format of your uploaded video, just add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your video file before uploading. Example:
birthday_NOPROCESS_.webm
