Video problems with Rise after publishing

Question

HiMy Rise courses should also run on computers that do not support MP4 videos. I have therefore converted the videos to webm format. Rise also accepts these videos, but converts them back to MP4 format when publishing. There is a workaround for this problem with Storyline 360 here in the forum. Is there also a solution for Rise?

Hello Thomas,Happy to help!Rise 360 by default converts all uploaded video to MP4 format. If you'd like to keep the original format of your uploaded video, just add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your video file before uploading.
