Video stops

Hi all, I have a problem with my course. The video I'm importing in the course suddenly stops when I publish the course in review or when I upload the SCORM in an LMS.

The video works fine in the preview and the .mp4 has no problems whatsoever.

Could you help me figure out what it could be?

    Claudia,

    How long is your video? I have never had this issue, but I do know some long videos tend to buffer a little.

    It's 5 minutes long and it stops after a few seconds
